I received the item that was advertised in the photo and was able to use the product successfully. Keep in mind the product has very minimal instructions and I contacted the seller about it. The seller was very cooperative and they offered to take it back even if I used it once. They even gave me a local address to ship it to, so I can save on shipment. I will hold onto it, since I was able to use it with minimal instruction. I would use the seller again.
