I received a box with a color laser printed label & only one filter in it that does not match the photo in the ebay ad. The second filter (on the left in the ebay photo), which is required for Duramax vans, was not included. Seller confirmed that all their inventory is the same as I received but has not changed the ebay listing despite being reminded four times.

Did not really fit my car
Despite what the ad said, and it did specify that it was applicable to my car, the oil cap did not actually fit my car very well at all. I ended up purchasing separately from another store an OEM part that was more expensive. I also chose to not return it since it would have cost more for shipping than it originally cost.
