The Hawks fulfillment team doesnt know how to package items very well, so things get lost and damaged in shipping, then they refuse to refund or replace the items that get lost from their horrible packaging, dont allow you to contact management, and then ultimately ignore your messages. Also, they charged me for shipping twice, only sent one package, and the one package was missing items. lol HORRIBLE

Does not seal, not true cold air, sloppy fitment.
I had reviewed this and was excited to install this on my truck, Didn't last long. This unit does not fit or seal to fender. Contacted TMG Volant and filed a warranty claim, after no response in 10 days, I called them and was told it just popped up on the customer services screen this morning. (Yeah, Ok) I explained where it did not fit and they had the pictures i had attached. Make a long story short I was told it is what it is. The GM factory doesn't put all vehicles together to the same allowable tolerances and their is nothing they can do about it, any replacement would be the same.
