I already did contact the seller about 20 occasions, and the seller refused to make it right. I’ve also stated the seller that we order spark for a customer car we end up had to buy a new part from the auto place because we shorted Customer the part would get in one to three days and it took almost 9 days before this part could’ve arrive all components sothe seller is very unreasonable. We tried to work with the seller and the child center says sorry for any inconvenience. That’s all they said !

When you made the purchase you ignored the estimated arrival date and you told your customer it will arrive in 3 days and threatened us to use expedited shipping free of charge. No matter how many occasions you contacted us we still cannot grant you free expedited shipping just because you promised your customer by mistake. Any seller should refuse this customer to buy anything at all cost.
