The item was late and arrived with worn or missing parts. Fan motor armature bearing was worn or missing. This is supposed to be a new part. This new part arrived with the same problem as the original part which was removed, from the car, and being replaced. If this was a new fan motor the bearing had to be missing. If it's not a new fan motor then the bearing is worn.I did not disassemble the fan to find out, but, either way the part wasn't functional.
