They were having issues getting the Water Pump kit shipped to me. When they contacted me and stayed in contact with me about the shipping delay let's me know they have good customer service which is important to me when buying online. That makes for a happy customer and will buy from them again. Brand new pump gasket and pulley. Have not installed yet.
