Item came in a better condition than described. I expected a few wear and tear dents, but it had one light scratch on the chassis. Keys, screen, everything looked pretty mint aside light usage. Item was well packaged to ensure no damage in transit would occur and used a reputable shipper (NOT YOU, USPS!) Seller didn't notice it was missing the HDD caddy, but that's not a deal breaker, as it was described as is. He responded quickly to verify the information, so honest mistake, no harm done.

Excellent transaction! Item as described and works perfectly with my retro surveillance DVR. Shipping time could have been a little faster given my cameras were offline for over a week but that is my only issue with the transaction.
