Upon installing and using it for less than a week the Velcro started to come off, I was a little disappointed. I contacted them and they offered a small refund or free replacement. I chose the free replacement since the refund wasn’t enough, so far the 2nd set is holding up ok. I just hope they last since I haven’t had any bad weather yet. 5 stars for communication
