It's likely eBay's restraints on resellers restrained them from helping me get a faster response. None were willing to ship with a faster source (even though I offered to pay for the same, versus the free but slow delivery). And likewise I was not allowed to pick up the part (several of the resellers are less than a 30 minute drive from my home). So now it will be difficult to avoid penalties as I try to get the Drive Cycle done on busy LA freeways, and get a clear smog test in time.
