Seller charged my account, accepted the order, and marked the order as shipped, but never had the item to begin with. After a week of waiting for the product I emailed MyGMCarFit requesting a tracking number, to which they replied in extremely broken English, that they didn't have the grill they listed, and they were still waiting on a shipment from china that would be a month out. This is the most disgraceful and shameless example of drop shipping I have ever seen and it cost me $500 bucks!

Seller listed the base model lexus nx 200t as being a fit for this grille. Once I learned it didn't fit, I contacted the seller asking for a refund. The seller asked me to pay for the shipping, which cost just as much as the item. What a complete waste of time. The sekker hasn't responded, and would allow me to drop the iemm off locally. I deserve a full refund, instead of the run around.
