Chose this cap to replace Gravely 8000 series rider gas gauge as the crooks now want $100 for a freaking gas gauge!! Yeah, ok, made in USA--still ridiculous. It does fit the 2.25" twist lock steel tank. The fit isn't perfect, but it stays there, and at least fuel does not shoot into the air when I hit a bump now :)
