Customers package was marked as delivered. I received 8 messages within 50 minutes at 6:30 pm requesting I do something since he claimed the parts were not delivered and that ups would not help. I did not see the messages until 7:15pm and he had by that time left negative feedback because I didn't help him sooner. I refunded the order even though it was marked delivered.
