I ordered a Sat Nav off this seller. When it arrived it wasn’t what I was looking for. So I returned the item to them. Stated on their EBay account that they pay for the post and packaging if you’re sending a return back. They refunded me the price of the item but not the post and packaging which I had to pay for myself. Emailed them on numerous occasions but all they do is ignore you.
Won’t be using them again.
