I ordered a Sat Nav off this seller. When it arrived it wasn’t what I was looking for. So I returned the item to them. Stated on their EBay account that they pay for the post and packaging if you’re sending a return back. They refunded me the price of the item but not the post and packaging which I had to pay for myself. Emailed them on numerous occasions but all they do is ignore you.
Won’t be using them again.

I had received the product no problem. When receiving product it would turn on but would not record. Would not Morton record and would not turn off. I have messaged a number of times where I followed instructions and told them this. Explained the issue and they still messaged asking me to make sure and SD card was in. Make sure it’s plugged in and follow the description. Shocking customer service. Money wasted!!
