They shipped out of Canada. This shipment left a Canadian distributer missing the invoice, so it was rejected by customs. Second shipment left a week later and arrived with one damaged wheel. I attempted to contact the seller 6 times -- 4 via eBay email and 2 via phone to the owner's dad's store. NOT A SINGLE REPLY.
