    Good replacement springs for SS hood

    Awesome springs. I didn’t have to replace the entire hinge. I had no problem with the hood staying open. I would recommend this product. Great value. I painted mine black and shot clear on it to match the hinges and they show very well With the hood open.

    Tricky to put on - but worth it.

    At first I thought there would be no way I could stretch this thing enough to install it, since the coils are extremely strong and tight. But, utilizing a chain and giving it the "one-two-three - PULL" method a few times, it slipped right on. Now my hood stays open with no danger of it falling shut. Great product at a great price.
