Do NOT buy from them. Incorrect listings, terrible service. Straight scam. Listing clearly states control arms included not just ball joints, listing clearly states “read description items in description are the included items” and yet they won’t send the control arms to make right on their own listing. Terrible seller, never again. I’ve never dealt with anything but great customer service from all other eBay sellers, but this seller right here has the worst. No accountability whatsoever.

I had damaged a tie-rod boot during installation, and was ordering a replacement. When I contacted customer service, Julia and Nick insisted that they provide a replacement tie-rod for free. We cancelled my order, the replacement arrived, and installation is now complete. PartsW really takes care of their customers.
