Seller is eBay Canada's 2023 Emerging Ecommerce Entrepreneur of the Year, but this is SHOCKING. First, the item was purchased from partsterrUSA, with shipping out of New York. They shipped out of Canada. This shipment left a Canadian distributer missing the invoice, so it was rejected by customs. Second shipment left a week later and arrived with one damaged wheel.
I attempted to contact the seller 6 times -- 4 via eBay email and 2 via phone to the owner's dad's store. NOT A SINGLE REPLY.
