At first he didn t want to accept the return, second he wants to charge me 30% for restock fee and $30 for return and then he said is better i sale in another place so really he is not accepting my return

Buyer bought OEM shocks and found out they were too short due to their lift kit. This issue had nothing to do with the item but lack of research by the buyer. The buyer didn't ask any questions about size or dimensions before ordering and expencted this to fit. Ebay guarantee money back is for items defective, damage or misrepresented which did not apply. I offered a resolution which was not mandatory and the buyer decided to keep the item.

    Toyota Tacoma TRD off road Bilstein shocks

    I replaced the factory Hitachi shocks and front springs with the Toyota TRD Bilstein units on my 2021 Tacoma SR5. The Hitachi had a more stiffer ride compared to the Bilstein shocks. They seem to absorb the bumps over washboard roads better. I am sure the Hitachi probably are better for cornering but overall the Bilstein has a more comfortable ride. I like the oil/gas design of the Bilstein compared to the gas charged design of the Hitachi shocks.
