    Poor product and worse service.

    Bought product and had it installed. Discovered whine in unit and thought it would go away, it did not. contacted distributor said they would replace and I asked them to wait until I came back from out of country trip-they said they would. Contacted them when I came back and they wanted a 5 star review before they would send unit. I objected, as I feel I had not been honestly treated and was being blackmailed for a 5 star review. A 5 star review was all they cared for. I would not give them a black hole review. Beware--sometimes the what you pay for the item is a lot more than it is worth!
