The product didn't match OEM specs.The shaft diameter on the OEM is 18MM the part partsw provided was only 16MM thus causing the rubber bellows not to fit securely.Had to silicone the bellows so water or dirt can't enter. Returned part of the product and didn't get refunded until I contacted them a second time.

I had damaged a tie-rod boot during installation, and was ordering a replacement. When I contacted customer service, Julia and Nick insisted that they provide a replacement tie-rod for free. We cancelled my order, the replacement arrived, and installation is now complete. PartsW really takes care of their customers.
