The product was great unfortunately it doesn't cover the whole dashboard wich means it was a waste of money for my situation, the description should say 3/4 dash cover. I know it's not your fault coverlay informed me that they don't sell one that covers the whole dashboard. Very confused because I thought i was buying a cover not a 3/4 cover

Don't Waste Your Time
I purchased this product for my 2007 Mustang GT/CS. It falls short of fulfilling your expectations. For one the fit is a good attempt but has issues. It doesn't include the defrost vents which it should because the vents are integrated in the forward upper dash. At the corners where it goes around the side window defrost vent the original dash can still be seen. as well as around the corners on the sides when the door is open. They also didn't fully wrap it under the front edge. If they had it could be secured with flat head screws out of site. Since they didn't include the defrost vents extending the product to the windshield it left a free edge which will not only warps under extreme heat when the AC is running. It interferes with the defrost air flow. If they had included the vents ... I purchased this product for my 2007 Mustang GT/CS. It falls short of fulfilling your expectations. One more thing during my contact with the manufacture I was informed they actually didn't make it. So was it made in the USA???

Good option for the price considering the alternatives
I had a large crack in my original dash on a 2006 Mustang. I was reluctant to buy this because of a bad product review. But I'm glad I took a chance. It's not 100% as good as having a new factory dashboard installed but it's a great solution for the price, especially considering the other three options of: an obvious repair attempt on a crack, a cheap looking carpet overlay, or an expensive leather overlay that would require removing the dashboard to install. I was able to install this myself using the included silicone sealant. I just installed it yesterday so I can't comment on longtime durability, and I also haven't had it in extreme heat or cold yet or to test how the defroster works with it. However, because of the way I out a bead of the silicone around the perimeter of the overlay ... I had a large crack in my original dash on a 2006 Mustang. I don't know if the overlay has been redesigned since a previous reviewer's submission, but the fit was very good for me. The little wing edges on the corners of the dash are the main spots where someone could spot that it's an overlay. But not bad, and still way better than the giant crack. The top of the overlay is very similar in color and texture to the factory dash and that what most people will notice.
