The window regulator was guaranteed to fit a 2009 Mazda 6, but it didn't. The metal motor housing is about 3/4 of a inch taller than the original Mazda part and it doesn't fit in the door housing as a result. Contacted seller to seek a partial refund because I was able to use my old motor with the rest of the regulator. Seller responded within 24 hours, but would not offer a partial refund but did offer to honor the warranty with my existing motor.

I was absolutely blown away buy the customer service!
