You get what you pay for. Cheap. For some reason it included 2 self threading screws instead of 4 machine threaded screws. The screws are smaller than standard license plate screws and two of them are star screws which is kind of weird. They include a tool for the star screws... Also, two of the imbedded nuts fell out. I had to improvise and use my own smaller screws and nuts/washers. On the positive side, the shipping was quick and the thing works, so I'm happy about that.
