Wrong item sent. Instead of a NOS OEM latch for a 1987 Escort, they sent a used one from a newer year Escort. It looked like it was removed from a car using a die grinder on the heads of the attaching screws, and was so abused that it would not even cycle. However, when notified of the error they immediately canceled the order and refunded my payment. Can't ask for any better response than that! I would certainly try them again on future items.
