My pull out camping shade came missing all the hardware... Seller Has a silly procedure They have to go through when it comes to something like this... Not until I was ready to box it up and send it back to them Then they agreed $50 credit back for missing hardware.... I'm not blaming this customer personally. They did not package it themselves but it was just a situation... Leaving neutral then negative. Package came in good condition on time. However, communication was pretty poor.

Arrived as estimated, as described/shown & fit Outback just like it was made for it😊. Took about 3 1/2 minutes to put it on, light wind was a bit helpful. With the elastic front & rear it tucked right under. Did not connect any of the straps as wind was forecast to be calm. I'm sure they will be needed if windy.
