Repair of a unregulated alternator
I needed a regulator for my Chevy S10 alternator. After searching for a replacement alternator the cost was high for this vehicle. All the components in the alternator checked ok and the cost of the VR-11 regulator was only pennies compared to a replacement alternator. After installing the regulator the alternator works great again. Thanks.
