The communication is reason enough to buy from this seller. The product I ordered (nose cut of the strut towers forward for a ‘90 300zx) was cut and shipped quickly after purchase. The seller even provided additional photos and was willing to negotiate some on price! Unfortunately the item was damaged during shipment and the seller did not cover the shipment with insurance. The item is useable for my repair, but unexpected damages are disappointing nonetheless. No viable solution was available.

Good Seller. Item was originally listed as a open diff in a carrier. I guess during shipping prep, they realized that the pumpkin was bad. They updated me and were ready for a cancellation but I only needed the carrier. So without my request, they refunded me a bit of money so transaction in line with a carrier only purchase.
