New part. Fast shipping. However..I was leary on buying without a picture to to part. Another thing I was unaware of that you had to sell them as a package a 5 but to leave me a note stating in comes as a package of 5 and you had to open the bag to sell me one seemed a little rude. Your product description never mentioned that. Overall I'm happy. Just please clarify better for future reference. Ps. I would of bought the whole package.
