The item didn't match the description. Order Filter CA232 but receive CA233. The Filter number was even written on the box. I don't know if seller was in a hurry and sent the wrong item (as I didn't reach out to him) but simply process for a return instead. Otherwise the transaction was smooth and fast.

the buyer did not contact us with any problems with their order, or at all. the buyer received the correct item. instead, the buyer received a full refund though the eBay international shipping program, and still left a negative review.

Best ebay seller I have ever encountered with. I have purchased 2 front fenders for my bmw e46, driver and passenger side. I requested a deal and the seller generously accepted to sell me both panels with free shipping. Unfortunately, when I received the panels, due to improper packaging and stacking both fenders in one box without enough materials in-between, the passenger side was scratched up. The seller took full responsibility and gave me a full refund on the passenger side and let me keep.
