This step is kind of ugly, but that doesn't take anything away from the seller as they are awesome. Item was a good deal and shipping was fast. Even though I said it was ugly, I bought to match my running boards, so it also matches the ugliness of my existing side steps and well serves the purpose of what it is designed for. As all other user feedback, all you have is a exploded picture to go by. If you can follow that without directions, then this is a great deal as the parts used are not cheap junk.
