All parts fit and was easy to intstall, you really have to tighten down the mounting Phillips screw to keep it from spinning the plate. I'd recommend some blue locktight. Overall a great product

It is recommended to install this Tow Hook Bracket when using professional tools and then you will never accidentally snap it being installed!
