Replacing a damaged part that was ordered is not a problem. The problem is that the wrong sending unit was ordered, despite the listing clearly stating to make sure the sending unit in the listing is the same shape and size as the one being replaced. We ourselves figured out what was actually needed, but are currently sold out of the one that should have been ordered in the first place. We answered every e-mail that was sent.
