    Perfect kit, with one exception...

    May... want to let your packers know, it may be better to actually get the headbolts into their bag and box all the way? Otherwise, good kit. UPDATE 7/11/2020 - 200 miles on the kit, zero problems. Full load test results in a perfectly healthy motor. For those with any need to do head gaskets. Every 4.6L and 5.4L require special detail when doing the job. Any and all silica-rubber gasket surfaces should be assisted with their sealing by a some vaseline. Any and all Intake/throttle/injectors is especially points that require some sealing aid (again, rubber gasket surfaces only) as well as any vacuum lines or PCV / crank case lines if lines aren't new. Ford modular engines are known for having vacuum leaks after jobs like this. It all can be avoided by using vaseline on the areas ...
