Seller has great communication, needs training on how to ship high end electronic devices. Unit does not read disc's, Seller does stand behind his products. Was given a full refund for the unit, extra shipping costs and an extra $25 credit. Wish he listened to the recommendation I gave him how to send the unit.

Valentino is 100% right - In this case I didn't pack the unit correctly and wasted his time and lost a great product to boot. In the many years I have sold on eBay we have only had 2 damaged units due to packing and I have shipped lots of valuable items unique items - so will count this as a reminder.
