Excellent customer service! I had question about part (differential carrier locking) before I made the purchase and they were very quick to answer. No photo of the actual item and I was skeptical that I would not get a locking carrier but item arrived and it was a locking differential so no need to return the item, thank goodness! Shipping was fast but they shipped the Diff on a small wood pallet that was steel banded instead of a well padded box, poor delivery person..lol

Seller sent me the wrong part, I contacted them and they said they would send me the right one. They again sent me the wrong part. Both parts were extremely dirty, corroded, and one part was actually broken, and both were terribly packaged. I would never buy from this seller again.
