OEM quality but expensive
You might be tempted to buy a cheapo aftermarket fan clutch to save money but it will not be as high quality as this one. I have read stories where the cheapo clutches did not freewheel or engage as they are supposed to. It is an important component so I did not cheap out. Excellent quality and it fit my 98 Expedition perfectly. I just wish I didn't have to spend $105 for it but that's what they go for.You might be tempted to buy a cheapo aftermarket fan clutch to save money but it will not be as high quality as this one. OE is better aftermarket
purchased a aftermarket clutch fan noticed clutch was engaged from the start and a/c wasn't blowing cold in idle decided to buy and pay the extra money for OE and what a difference A/C is colder at idle and my expedition doesn't sound a F18 when driving,Stick to OE on parts like these,it will pay off in the long run
