You purchased this part on Thursday and I sent a message asking to confirm the shifter type you need because Chrysler did 2 different shifters for this car and most of the buyers does not know that are 2 shifters and end up buying the incorrect one and to avoid returns I always try to confirm the shifter type before ship, In the mean time you left a negative feedback saying that I did not ship the part when I was trying to send the correct part to you. I have over 2500 positive feedback.

    Great product

    It's been installed but hardly used so far. I did have one small broken plastic piece but it was a very tight fit going in so I assume getting it out without breaking any plastic would have been pretty difficult.
