Okay, but could use a little more detailed description.
There should be something between yes and no for the questions about quality and value. It's OK on both counts. I've seen worse. The base is chromed metal, which is good. The mirror seems to be chromed plastic, which is not great. At least they won't rust right away like the last mirrors I got. I wish the one I put on the passenger side could move more inward. With plastic mirrors the price was a bit more than I would have paid if I had known. And I don't know where they shipped from. I don't think it was China, but it was a country with city names I can't pronounce. I thought they were coming from the U.S. You can't tell these days until you order them, which is too bad.
