Sent a broken alternator ears broken clean off both. Ina box way too small. Didn't care a whole lot either. Stay far away from this place.

We did our best and wrapped it as much as we could but once shipped we don't have any control over carriers. We did care, apologized and sent him a PP return label to ship it back for exchange or refund.He refused to send it back ,kept it and asked us for refund or will leave a negative feedback.

Arrived in great condition. Will test and install tomorrow. One issue, I was charged for China import tax and duties, bit when it arrived in China I had to pay the taxes and duties myself, and DHL did not handle Customs clearance for me, so that was a big hassle and cost me a lot of money. This is ebay's problem and DHL's problem, not the seller. The seller was great and did everything they were supposed to do.
