Item came damaged (not described in pictures) and fairly quick. I sent them a pic and said it didn’t appear to be shipping damage as the broken piece was not in the box. They offered an immediate refund no questions asked, and did not ask me to return it. Even though I’m still out a few days and a part I need. I can’t beat the customer service and quick remedy.
