1.9l 1998 z3 (pre-facelift) This grill does not have the best fit. It goes on, but it's iffy. Although, I haven't found a better black one. They are just a hair too wide (~5mm) and it doesn't want to stay on. The 6 clips holding the front and back pieces together will give and the grill is a little loose. To get around this, I JBwelded the two peices together. Then I pushed them into the socket really fast. I tried it slow once and the JB weld broke. Second time, I did it fast and it worked.

Purchased the Matte Black Kidney Grille for my Z3. Fitment worked well went it just the same as the originals. Quality was just as nice very pleased with the product. Ship time was quick only took 3 days! Thank you would hesitate to shop here again.
