Well this WAS a surprise. Advertised as "new and unopened" but I received a USED Juice Press and what appears to be a factory second on top of it. I chose not to return it given the cost of shipping to me and back to the seller would be about $20 less than a new one, so I cleaned it and repaired it as best I could. Contacted seller and got zero response, so not even an attempt to make it right. That earns a negative rating.
