I needed this for my 03 Silverado 2500HD after my rear tank crossmemberrusted out. I was aware that it may not fit but got it anyway. It didn't fit my taller frame but with a torch and arc welder my buddy and I made it fit. It took some finesse to get it in but it all worked out and I'm happy. The seller did make me aware that it was only for 1500/2500 models not HD models.
