Seller was slow to ship. After receiving the item, it was the wrong item. Contacted the seller and he first offers me a partial refund. When I declined that offer, he authorized the return and agreed to pay the shipping cost to me by PayPal, however, did not do so. Ebay finally issued a refund for the item, however, nothing for the shipping cost of $17.90. The seller is a cheat and a liar. No, I would not recommend this seller.

The seller sat on the order several weeks before shipping it. Then seller claimed there was a problem with the post office and the was returned to him. He asked what I wanted him to do and I asked for a full refund. The seller never refunded the purchase price but rather evidently reshipped it. It finally arrived today, two months later. Then he asks for a five star review. Right!
