The seller provided good information and shipped the item quickly. The description and photos were good. The seller responded to all my concerns. My only regrets were:
1. I bought the item in error and could not get a refund.
2. The photos showed the tools to be in good condition, but as soon as I touched one of the tools the paint started to flake off and most of it fell off. The tool was still useable, but the appearance changed.
