Came packaged well. Had no problems installing. Rides much better then blown out oem suspension. Ride quality isn't terrible for $200 coilovers. See how long they last. But complain for $200 to lower car. Depending how long last but I most likely would purchase again. But if you have a nice car and your car is your baby I would definitely get better quality for better ride. But would get you by until could save up for proper adjustable coilovers.
