This is the worst experience on eBay. Ordered item as it was in pictures. Matched the part I needed to replace. Item arrived completely different, requested refund. Seller asked to tape up package mark as refused. Had to pay for shipping. Return was delivered 2/15, provided receipt and tracking several times. I am getting impatient with them. They do not reply or follow through. Terrible customer service.

Oh it worked so well. I got 14.7 off my remaned alternator. My only gripe from the seller is I wish you charged a tiny bit more for expedient shipping. If I'm dropping $200 what's another $15-$30 in the grand scheme of things? I would had saved at least $120 on Uber if it came 2 days sooner but I am very happy with the results despite the wait.
