Was shocked when I received my window and it was was basically sitting freely in a cardboard box. Luckily it did not get broken. Maybe the seller has success with shipping items like this. Nonetheless the item was as posted at a great price and quick shipping. Installed and works great. If ordering any window glass I would make sure it has insurance. But I would purchase from this seller again. Saved lots of money replacing myself.

Responsive seller. I encourage noting within the ad, about l possible discrepancies in photos compared to delivered product. Shipping costs were very high, more than the item itself, under the eBay international shipping program. This program needs to improve for Canadian buyers, as DHL seems to have stranglehold on it.
