The item listed was “NEW.” The package was delivered damaged, but also had multiple types of packing tape… as though it had been repackaged many times. One of the clips was bent and the cover itself was dirty. It’s obvious that the truck bed cover was not “new.” When I tried to contact the seller, it took multiple messages before they would even respond. They tried to say it was a new cover and they tried to get me to just accept it and they’d send me a new clamp. I had to get eBay involved.
